Is Kimkins Weight Loss A Scam?
Note: This is a review. Click here to visit the Kimkins Diet Site.
The Kimkins Diet was created by a morbidly obese woman with no health or medical background. She claims to have struggled with weight loss her entire life and finally frustrated with diets, created her own solution- a low-carb/low-calorie diet that she says works incredibly fast.
Also, she states that this diet will not only help you lose weight, but would help you with all aspects of your life. The program also claims that you won’t have to exercise at all to achieve amazing results.
Sadly, the founder of the program has become known for false advertising because she faked before and after pictures of her supposed results following the plan, as well as over 30 other before and after pictures that appeared on the website. My gosh, there are so many scammers out there,
The program is actually promoted as a low carb weight loss plan. It claims to be ‘lower fat than Atkins and lower carb than South Beach.
But the truth is that the program is not just low in carbohydrates and fat but low in everything! The amount of calories in this diet hovers near the starvation level by most nutrition experts.
People who have actually used this 80 dollar diet have reported problems including hair loss, menstrual cessation, irregular heartbeat, fainting spells and liver damage.
Oh man, I am just going to stop writing on this one and leave you with this: Stay away from the this diet!!
