Seriously, the program is for serious people.  It was created by a former U.S. Army soldier named Vic Magary.

He just happens to be a fitness expert and a master in both Taekwondo and Karate.

He has become a well known personal trainer and is responsible for hundreds of people getting in the best shape of their lives.

The 31 Day Fat Loss Cure is an ebook program that does things a little differently than other popular programs. Magary doesn’t believe in long cardio exercise or eating anything that a caveman that didn’t have.

In other words, no processed foods at all.

It is obvious from reading the book that Magary is very excited about exercise.  He breaks the workouts into two categories:  Beginner and Advanced.

The Beginner Bodyweight Program is obviously for anyone who is not in great shape or who is starting out for the first time.  Users will discover that exercises are very tough but last only 15 minutes a day.

The Advanced Bodyweight Program is for the more advanced user who may want to tone up a little more or increase their fitness level.

These exercises are also short in duration and should be used in conjunction with your normal workout routine.

This program includes videos with instructions on how to perform all of the exercise correctly.  The majority of the exercises can be done at home, however there are several included that you can use in your health club.

No matter which program you choose, you can plan on exercising 6 days a week!

The eating program is fairly simple and straight forward.  Eat like a caveman!

You will be avoiding processed foods and whole grains that are calorie rich. You will be eating frequent, small meals to boost your metabolism.

Included in the book are recommended foods and foods you should avoid including some foods categorized as “health” foods.

Conclusion:

The 31 Day Fat Loss Cure is a winner.  The author is obviously a tough guy who is not going to sugar coat anything, so be prepare to tough love!

However, the emphasis on eating natural foods, cutting out processed foods and intense short workouts are all clinically proven to be effective in fat loss.
