The Biggest Loser Ventures Out On Her Own.

As most people know, Jillian Michaels (the mean trainer!) has had incredible success helping people lose weight on the television show, “The Biggest Loser”.
Her amazing ability to get results plus her love for helping people moved her to create an online weight loss program.
This lady will definitely get you on track when it comes to losing weight.
Her philosophy is self, science and sweat ( I guess that would be the three S’s!). Her formula for a healthy lifestyle is 33 percent attitude, 33 percent diet and 33 percent exercise.
Jillian Michaels has several different components to her weight loss empire including a best selling book, a workout DVD, a very popular Wii game (I bought it for my wife for her anniversary), a brand new meal delivery plan that is shipped to your home and of course her online diet program that was mentioned above.
The online diet program includes your personal assessment (You will answer some questions regarding your body type, eating habits and goals and viola: you have a personalized healthy diet plan), many great recipes, menus, and interactive message boards.
However, the focus of her entire program is behavior modification. She believes that losing weight is as much mental as it is physical and most dieters engage in self-sabotaging behaviors.
One thing I really like is that it the program includes a guide for training (cardio and weightlifting), as well as printable exercise cards, which makes this process very easy to follow. This plan will be based on your body type.

- Exercise is a main component of the program.
- Emphasis on behavior modification.
- Great motivation.
- Has a monthly expense.
- You may not coexist with Jillians tough love approach.
- Well, as you can imagine, this online program is not free so that could be a problems for some. Also, you may not gibe with Jillian’s personality as it can be tough.
Jillian Michaels is very respected throughout the weight loss community and has built her empire the same way she works out clients: with intensity.
This program may not be for you if you do not want to exercise but it WORKS! If you don’t believe me, just check out her results on “The Biggest Loser”.
