The Oprah Exercise Routine
Oprah has become almost fanatical about her workouts.
She does 45 minutes of cardio six days a week using her treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, or jogging on her expansive property.
Four days a week, she will add another 20 minutes of cardio in the evening.
In addition, 4-5 days a week, she does resistance training utilizing machines and free weights. She normally lifts two days a week followed by one day off.
