While mоѕt people dо nоt intend tо рut weight bасk оn аftеrwаrdѕ, іt is certainly аn іntеrеѕtіng саѕе study іn hоw tо lose wеіght fаѕt. Not really something I would recommend however.

I understand working to perfect your craft such as acting, but is it really worth sacrificing your health to be successful?  This is the same reason I don’t use drugs or steroids.  It is just not worth it.

So what does 50 Cent look like after losing so much weight?

Thank goodness he quickly returned to his original weight and has gotten back into weight training and other exercise.

In fact, he has become a fanatic when it comes to getting to he gym.  6 days a week, he goes to the gym in the morning before breakfast with a personal trainer.

50 Cent dropped about 30% of his body weight for a role utilizing an all-liquid diet and doing cardio for 3 hours a day.  And while he was successful in losing weight, he definitely is not the role model for how to lose weight 

This type of diet is NOT recommended!
